It is the ideal starting point for exploring the Luberon, the Mont Ventoux, the Alpilles, and the most beautiful villages in Provence. The guest house is perfect for a relaxing, cultural, or gastronomic stay in Provence.
What is special about Velleron?
Velleron is a Provençal village appreciated for its calm environment and ideal location. It is only a few minutes from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, and the villages of the Luberon and Avignon. The village is especially known for its farmers' market, open several evenings a week, where you can buy directly from the producers. Velleron also offers all essential amenities: local shops, restaurants, quick access to main roads. It is a convenient starting point for discovering the region while enjoying a peaceful setting.
What rooms and types of accommodation does Villa Velleron offer?
Villa Velleron offers guest rooms and a self-catering cottage. Options include the Traditional Rooms (Lou Soleil, Luberon), the Comfort Rooms with terrace (Coquelicot, Bleu Blanc), the Suite Naturelle with a living room, and the Gîte Jasmin for 2 people with a kitchenette and private terrace. All rooms feature Air Conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a kettle, perfect for a comfortable and connected stay in Provence.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.
Is the Gîte Jasmin available nightly or weekly?
The minimum stay is 3 nights. The cottage has an equipped kitchenette, a living area, and a private terrace, ideal for an independent holiday in Provence.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate. It includes homemade jams, breads and pastries, seasonal fruits, homemade yogurts, and fruit juice. An excellent way to start the day before visiting Provence.
Do you offer a dinner service (table d'hôtes) at Villa Velleron?
Yes, the table d'hôtes (dinner service) is available 1 to 2 evenings per week, upon 24 hours advance reservation and for a minimum of 6 people. The Provençal menu is prepared with fresh and local products: starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. Price: €34 per person, drinks not included. Ideal for discovering Provençal gastronomy without leaving the villa.
Do you offer menus adapted for food intolerances?
Within reason, we take our guests' intolerances into account. We cannot cater to specific diets such as vegan. It is essential to inform us in advance of any "food intolerance" before your reservation.
What can we do if dinner (table d’hôtes) is not available at Villa Velleron?
We will gladly help you by giving you advice on nice restaurants in the vicinity, and we will happily take care of a reservation if you wish.
What are the dining options in Velleron?

What are the rates and booking conditions?
Rooms are offered from €130 to €150 per night for 1 or 2 people, breakfast included. The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit. A supplement of €20 for a single night and €35 per night for an extra bed (on request). The tourist tax is €0.55 per person per night for the rooms, and €1.10 for the cottage.
Why do I have to pay a deposit and can I get it back if I cancel?
The deposit guarantees your reservation and is non-refundable. Depending on the time frame before the scheduled arrival, it may be carried over for a future reservation. However, in case of short-notice cancellation, it is forfeited, or the payment of the balance may be required. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance to cover your costs. Check with your trusted insurance company.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash, and credit card. Checks and ANCV holiday vouchers are not accepted.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guest check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM (16h and 18h). Rooms must be vacated before 10 AM (10h) on the day of departure.
Why is there a specific check-in time?
Villa Velleron is a small guest house run by a couple. The defined check-in time allows us to ensure that your room is ready and that we can welcome you calmly and with our full attention. We kindly ask you to respect the check-in time.
Why is there a check-out time?
The room must be ready for the next guest. We thank you for vacating your room on time to ensure preparation under the best conditions.
Are children and pets accepted?
The house is not suitable for children under 16 years old. Dogs are accepted only upon request with a supplement of €10 per night.
Is access for people with reduced mobility possible?
Access to the rooms is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access to the cottage is partially possible for people with reduced mobility.
When is the reception staffed?
Villa Velleron is a small guest house run by a couple. There is no full-time reception, but we are available during certain hours of the day to advise you and answer your questions during your stay.
Does the Villa have a pool and a garden?
Yes, Villa Velleron has a heated pool from May to September and a Provençal garden for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The pool and garden offer an ideal setting for couples and relaxing stays.
Where can I park my car upon arrival?
If you arrive during our check-in time, please park your car parallel and as close as possible to the first garage, right next to our entrance door. Rue Roquette is prohibited for parking, but you can stay there for a few moments while unloading. If you arrive outside of our check-in hours, please leave your car in the public car parks.
Why is there a charge for a garage parking space?
Villa Velleron is a village house. There are many free public parking options available nearby (within a radius of 50 to 100 m). We only have a limited number of garage parking spaces, which are only suitable for normal cars (no SUV/minivans). For transparency, only those who use a garage parking space bear the cost (€5 per night).
Where can I park my bike?
You can safely park your bike for free in the garage. We meet all the requirements of the Accueil Vélo (Cyclists Welcome) label.
Where can I charge my electric car?
There are two spots 200m from Villa Velleron, on Boulevard de Gaule, and 4 spots in the market car park.
Do I need a Crit'Air sticker for my car?
Yes, all vehicles must have a Crit'Air sticker. It is mandatory for circulating in a Low Emission Mobility Zone (ZFE-m), in all agglomerations with more than 150,000 inhabitants. You can buy it online at certificat-air.gouv.fr. The German sticker is not valid in France.
Can I get to Velleron by public transport?
You can take the TGV to Avignon, then the train to Isle sur la Sorgue. Then, you can take a bus or a taxi to Velleron. For excursions in the surrounding area, we recommend using a bicycle or renting a car in Avignon.
What are the tourist attractions near Velleron?
From Velleron, you can easily visit the Luberon villages like Gordes, Roussillon or Ménerbes, Mont Ventoux, the Alpilles, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Arles, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. You can also discover the Camargue, the Côte Bleue, and the Calanques, all accessible within a 1 to 1.5-hour drive.
What activities and leisure options are available nearby?
Visitors can enjoy hiking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, cultural and historical tours, Provençal markets, vineyards and cellars, lavender distilleries, Thouzon Caves, butterfly farm, and many excursions into nature and the picturesque villages of Provence. What wine regions are located near Velleron?
These include: Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueras, Beaume-de Venice, Luberon, Ventoux, Alpilles. All these wine regions are accessible in less than an hour. At our table d'hôtes, we offer wines from our immediate region.
Which seasons are recommended for hiking and/or cycling holidays?
We recommend the milder months, from April to June and from September to October, for hiking and cycling.
