Villa Velleron can be rented as a holiday home from 21 April to 7 September 2019:
The 6 rooms, each with its private bathroom, can accomodate a maximum of 12 persons, including children! 2 cots can be made available upon demand. A double garage for 1 or 2 cars (depending on size) is included.
The rental comprises household linen (bedding and towels for a maximum of 12 persons), electricity (no heating) and WiFi as well as a mid-week room service with change of towels and final cleaning (house to be returned in clean state, kitchen cleaned and trash emptied - additional charges apply for house returned in very dirty state).
The rental prices are per week.
The owner has an aprtment on the premises and might be present.
Low season 28 April - 28 June
High season 29 June - 7 September
General terms and conditions:
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit payment of 25% of the rental price within 7 days after the confirmation date. The balance of the rental price as well as a safety deposit of 1'000 € is due 4 weeks before the date of arrival. The safety deposit will be returned witin 7 days after the final inspection.
Cancellation terms: The deposit payment is non-refundable. For a cancellation made less than 31 days prior to the date of arrival, the rental price is due in total. We recommend to take out travel cancellation cost insurance - please contact your insurance broker.
Payments: By bank transfer.
Arrival and departure times: arrival between 4pm and 6pm (arrival time to be specified in advance), departure before 10am.
Pool hours and rules: between 8am and 8pm, respecting a moderate noise level. Although the pool is secured corresponding to French requirements, we ask parents to supervise their children any time and decline any responsibility for negligence.
The reservation is valid only for the persons named on the confirmation.
Sorry, no animals.
Villa Velleron is a historic building and can pose certain risk to smaller children: certain terraces with low railings, the pool, the terraced garden and old staircases require non-stop surveillance by the parents.
