Villa Velleron's - your gourmet destination in Provence!
There are many ways to get to know a region: driving around the beautiful countryside, visiting the many splendid sights, shopping in the small boutiques or at the colourful markets. But more than by seeing, smelling or feeling you can experience Provence by tasting the many delicious specialities!
The kitchen is Villa Velleron's heart - as our guests can notice at all the meals they take in our house. Starting with a breakfast buffet well beyond the traditional French breakfast up to our gourmet dinners at Villa Velleron's table d'hôtes or our cooking classes: we only use best ingredients, preferredly from Velleron's famous farmers' market or local producers.
A perfect start for your day - Villa Velleron's breakfast buffet:
Start the day with Villa Vellerons tasty breakfast (served between 8:00am and 9:30am): next to the essential French breakfast (coffee or tea, baguette and homemade jam) we offer a daily changing buffet, e.g. choice of different bread or croissants or homemade cake or cereal and yoghurt or cheese and cold cuts or fresh fruit and juice.
The taste of Provence - gourmet dinner at Villa Velleron's table d'hôtes:
Villa Velleron is renowned for its gourmet-dinner at the table d'hôtes: Kerstin (trained at the Institut Bocuse) uses only fresh and local ingredients to cook dinners inspired by regional recipes. Daniele, who has a WSET level II certificate qualification, will happily give you wine recommendations from all surrounding geographical indications, such as Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Ventoux, Côtes du Luberon and the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
We serve our four-course dinner (starter, main course, cheese, dessert) for a minimum of 6 participating adults up to 3 times per week at 8pm and end with an espresso or tea around 10:30pm. (30 € per person, excluding drinks / children 6 – 12 years 15 € - we kindly ask you to indicate the number of times you'd likle to eat with us during your stay and will inform you on the definitve dates as soon as the minimum number of participants have confirmed).

If photos from Provence's farmers' markets make you want to get to your pots and pans right away, our cooking classes are just the right thing for you:
Join us for an "Atelier cuisine" to prepare one of our famous "table d'hôtes" dinners with a minimum of 2, maximum of 4 participants. The small group ensures that your host will have a lot of time to answer all your questions during preparation as well as dinner. Approx. 4 hours of preparations starting at 4 pm., followed by joint dinner. 150 € for 2 persons, recipes, dinner and drinks included (ot available during high season and the weeks of Easter / Ascension / Pentecost).
